Launching Venturis Inc

We are excited to announce the launch of Venturis Inc. The founding team of Venturis Inc brings real-world experience in driving innovation and business transformation in both startups and large mature corporations. Our frontline experience spans decades of building and scaling businesses, driving technology transitions, and fostering incubation.

The Venturi effect describes proportionality of velocity and pressure, when a constricted section of a pipe causes an increase in fluid velocity and decrease in pressure. Businesses feel both in tandem – the need to grow with inordinate pressure to deliver is felt by most leaders. Managing this escalating treadmill needs a combination of both physical and mental focus in driving towards an executable plan and delivering customer / stakeholder success. By concentrating your efforts on a specific target market or a particular product/service, you can manage pressure and increase your velocity and effectiveness in meeting customer needs

This is where we come in. As core Product Thinkers, we have developed a set of frameworks and tools that we used on a regular basis to drive maximum customer value. Through this venture, we aim to share these frameworks and our experience based knowledge with other business leaders to help them achieve their business objectives. We are also aiming to provide a platform and build a community to share and discuss best practices for product thinking.
